URGENT – On April 1, the Palestinian Authority became a member of the International Criminal Court. The PA, who is joined with the known terrorists group Hamas, fired thousands of rockets into Israel to get a reaction. Now they will use those actions, Israel’s efforts to defend her citizens, to charge Israel with war crimes.
It is part of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanction (BDS) strategy across the world to take down Israel.
Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Micheal Oren, stated “Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas did not join the ICC in order to advance the establishment of a Palestinian state, Oren argued, but “to use as a strategic threat against Israel, in the form of international boycotts and sanctions.”
According to Reuters, Israel’s Foreign Minister said Israel is lobbying member-states of the International Criminal Court to cut funding for the tribunal in response to its launch of an inquiry into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories.
Watch this short video –
At now a critical juncture, the US must take immediate action.
1. We ask Congress to encourage the member nations of the International Criminal Court to investigate the Palestinian Authority for War Crimes as they are joined with with the terrorist organization Hamas which launched thousands of rockets into Israel, and used citizens as human shields, as described in House Concurrent Resolution 107.
2. We ask Congress for an immediate cease of any and all US aid to the Palestinian Authority.
Stand against the International Criminal Court, and encourage investigation of Hamas for war crimes –
The US is not a member of the International criminal Court. According to Reuters, Japan is the largest contributor, giving 20.4 million euros in 2014, followed by Germany which gave 13.5 million. France, Italy, Britain and Canada are also major contributors.
Even though the US does not provide funding, other actions can and should be taken.
“On January 29, 75 senators led by Sens. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) sent a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry expressing deep concern regarding the PA’s steps to bypass Israel in the peace process. The letter supported a suspension of aid to the PA while the State Department reviews the Palestinian’s actions at the U.N. Security Council and the International Criminal Court.”
On December 9, 2014, the US House of Representative passed overwhelmingly, and then passed by Unanimous Consent the US Senate, a bill that “condemns the United Nations Human rights Council’s biased resolution establishing a commission of inquiry into Israel’s Gaza operations.”
In clear defense of Israel, this bill issued by Congress states:
H. CON. RES. 107 – “Whereas the use of human shields is unconscionable and morally unacceptable; Whereas since June 15, 2014, there have been over 2,000 rockets fired by Hamas and other terrorist organizations from Gaza into Israel; Whereas Hamas uses civilian populations as human shields by placing their missile batteries in densely populated areas and near schools, hospitals, and mosques; Whereas Israel dropped leaflets, made announcements, placed phone calls, and sent text messages to the Palestinian people in Gaza warning them in advance that an attack was imminent, and went to extraordinary lengths to target only terrorist actors and to minimize collateral damage; Whereas Hamas urged the residents of Gaza to ignore the Israeli warnings and to remain in their houses and encouraged Palestinians to gather on the roofs of their homes to act as human shields; Whereas on July 23, 2014, the 46-Member UN Human Rights Council passed a resolution to form a commission of inquiry over Israel’s operations in Gaza that completely fails to condemn Hamas for its indiscriminate rocket attacks and its unconscionable use of human shields, with the United States being the lone dissenting vote; Whereas public reports have cited the role of Iran and Syria in providing material support and training to Hamas and other terrorist groups carrying out rocket and mortar attacks from Gaza; …”
“Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That Congress— (1) strongly condemns the use of innocent civilians as human shields; (2) calls on the international community to recognize and condemn Hamas’ use of human shields; (3) places responsibility for the rocket attacks against Israel on Hamas and other terrorist organizations, such as Palestine Islamic Jihad; (4) supports the sovereign right of the Government of Israel to defend its territory and its citizens from Hamas’ rocket attacks, kidnapping attempts, and the use of tunnels and other means to carry out attacks against Israel; (5) expresses condolences to the families of the innocent victims on both sides of the conflict; (6) supports Palestinian civilians who reject Hamas and all forms of terrorism and violence, desiring to live in peace with their Israeli neighbors; (7) supports efforts to demilitarize the Gaza Strip, removing Hamas’s means to target Israel, including its use of tunnels, rockets, and other means; and (8) condemns the United Nations Human Rights Council’s biased resolution establishing a commission of inquiry into Israel’s Gaza operations.”
Congress has been CLEAR, the International Criminal Court, by it’s action of accepting the Palestinian Authority onto it’s membership, should suffer immediate appropriate actions. The US should strongly encourage nations to stop funding the ICC.
The US must immediately cease of all funding to the Palestinian Authority
In addition to the above resolutions and letter, the fiscal year 2015 Omnibus appropriations bill included a prohibition on providing Economic Support Fund assistance to the Palestinian Authority if “the Palestinians obtain the same standing as member states or full membership as a state in the United Nations or any specialized agency thereof outside an agreement negotiated between Israel and the Palestinians” or “the Palestinians initiate an International Criminal Court judicially authorized investigation, or actively support such an investigation, that subjects Israeli nationals to an investigation for alleged crimes against Palestinians.” The Palestinians have violated both conditions and the U.S. should immediately suspend all affected assistance and zero out such funding in future appropriations bills. It was clearly spelled out in the Omnibus bill signed into law that if the Palestinian authority went into membership on the International Criminal Court all US funding would stop.
Stop it NOW.

Now Lord we declare courage, strength and fortitude for them to stand strong and take action, no matter who comes against them. Lord give them strength, and new ideas how to put on such repercussions against those attacking Israel that all these plans will be rendered void. We take this to Your court Father, as You stand as Judge against the strategies of the enemy against Israel. We call for Justice Father, that no court of man can judge, only Your judgement Father. We proclaim in Your Holy name that Israel will have safety from this strategy, and with the help of America, Israel will be victorious and the truth will be exposed for the world to see.
